Being grounded can mean two things:
- Being fully present in your body and/or
- Feeling connected to the earth.
We’ve all experienced being grounded. We feel “at home” and purposeful with confidence.
Thankfully, there are grounding techniques to help us get and stay rooted in our bodies.
- Clear your mind (use smudge)
- Recharge your energy(use crystals)
- Strengthen your instincts (burn natural incense)
- Calm your emotions (light a candle)
